Suit Bought against Country Club for Gender Discrimination/Stockholder Devaluation

Three female stockholders of the Spokane Country Club have sued that club, claiming that the Club has breached their stockholder contract with the Club by according male shareolders more access rights and usage rights of the club, even though the stock shres and fees are all teh same. They claim that a public club cannot give more rights to certain shareholders with the same class of stock just because they are men. Doing so constitutes gender discrimination in violation of state and federal law.
