A landmark domestic violence case before the Washington State Supreme Court will proceed now because of an order signed by a U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge in Spokane. Judge Patricia Williams issued the order last month lifting a legal roadblock to proceedings against Spokane lumber company heir Reid Ziegler.
