Shirley L. Anderson had to disclose nothing about her background when she requested custody of her nephews, Alexander and Nathaniel Wallace, in February. She did not have to disclose her five misdemeanor convictions, including one for misdemeanor assault that was pleaded down from second-degree felony assault.
