Mother wins international custody fight

Ending an international child-custody fight, a federal judge said Wednesday he will let a Spokane-area woman retain legal custody of her three children. The pending ruling by U.S. District Court Judge Edward Shea blocks the return of the three children of Kristi Tsarbopoulos to Greece.
