Ziegler to drop domestic abuse complaint Lawsuit based on unconstitutional law

A Spokane woman intends to drop her claim of domestic abuse against a Ziggy's hardware and lumber company executive, her attorney says. John Allison, attorney for Michele Ziegler, said he plans to file a motion to dismiss a complaint for damages against Reid Ziegler sometime in July.
